The Cabinet Minister, PM Modi has approved an Agency that will look after the multi-organization/ Central Govt Jobs Recruitment Examination. Govt. of India has set up the National Recruitment Agency (NRA) that will organize Common Eligibility Test (CBT) in three levels.
(a) CET for 10th Pass Candidate
(b) CET for 12th Pass Candidate and,
(c) CET for Graduate Pass
Latest News – PIB India release news on 10 Sept that Govt soon going to release notification of NRA CET 2024 at www.nracet.nic.in. NRA CET 2024 will be held for the Central Govt Jobs that are under/ organized by Staff Selection Commission (SSC), IBPS and Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). So, all candidate willing to get Govt Jobs has to appear in the Stage-I/ Preliminary Exam of NRA.
The NRA CET Notification shall be available in November 2023.

The National Testing/ Recruitment Agency will announce the tentative exam schedule at the official portal of NRA CET.
NRA CET 10th Pass Jobs
From 2024 onwards, the complete recruitment process of Govt Jobs/ Vacancies will change. There will be a Single Screening Exam that will decide either you qualify or disqualify for the Job. The NRA CET Score is very important and Cut-Off Marks will be prepared according to the total vacancies and score obtained by the candidates.
For the Class 10th Pass Eligibility Jobs, the candidate has to appear in NRA 10th Pass CET. After getting the result/ score of CET, you can show/ apply for all the Govt Jobs where the Eligibility requirement is 10th Pass.

NRA CET 12th Pass Jobs
Similar to the 10th Class CET, the National Recruitment Agency (NRA) will organize the Common Eligibility Test (CET). The Score obtained is valid for 3 years and you can show this score to get Jobs that have education qualification “Senior Secondary/ 12th Pass”.
Most of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), RRB has 12th Pass Eligibility, so you can apply in that.

NRA CET Graduate Pass Jobs
Most of the Banking Jobs i.e PO, Clerk, Manager, Assistant Multipurpose, etc. require a minimum of Graduate qualification. Also, SSC CGL, JE, JHT, and RRB Railway NTPC, Loco Pilot eligibility is also Graduate, so you need to appear in NRA CET.

Govt. of India has already funded Rs 1571 Crores to set up the National Recruitment Agency. Once, the notification is released by NRA for SSC/ IBPS and RRB Jobs. The candidate has to register their online application/ registration form.
